Ailís has spent her career working across business analysis, agile and data transformation, helping organisations use data more effectively to solve business problems and make better decisions. She now leads complex data and AI programmes, bringing together business and technical teams to deliver meaningful change.

Working as a woman in data means helping to increase visibility and representation within the industry. Ailís is passionate about mentoring women in data and technology, and has shared her experiences through industry events including Women in Data and the IRM Business Analysis Conference to showcase the diverse leadership paths available within the profession. She believes that the more diverse voices we have shaping data, technology and AI, the better the outcomes will be for everyone. While gender representation remains important, Ailís is equally passionate about creating space for people from different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives to contribute and thrive.
