We want people to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work. From signing The Halo Code and supporting religious observance to championing neurodiversity, mental wellbeing, and flexible working, we're committed to creating an environment where individuality is valued, respected, and celebrated.

Inclusion doesn't happen through policies alone. Through our Employee Resource Groups, Employee Insights Board, mentoring opportunities, and employee-led communities, we create spaces where people can connect, share experiences, build relationships, and help shape the future of Kubrick.
Driving meaningful change
We're committed to turning good intentions into action. Over the years, our people have helped shape meaningful improvements across the business, including enhanced parental leave policies, flexible working arrangements, wellbeing initiatives, and ongoing improvements to our hiring and development practices.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Our Employee Resource Groups are employee-led and business-backed. Supported by executive sponsors and genuine investment from the business, they create opportunities for connection, education, advocacy, and change.
ELEVATE
ELEVATE is Kubrick's network for women, non-binary individuals, and the allies who stand alongside them. Open to everyone, the group focuses on building connection, amplifying voices, supporting development, and increasing representation at senior levels across the business.
The Kubrick Muslim Network
The Kubrick Muslim Network creates space for connection, awareness, and support for colleagues practicing their faith at work. The group runs events throughout the year, including the annual Big Fast initiative, which brings colleagues together to fast in solidarity, share experiences, and raise money for charitable causes.
Celebrating Pride at Kubrick
In 2023, colleagues across Kubrick came together to celebrate Pride and support the LGBTQ+ community.

We're a long-standing partner of Women in Data, a nonprofit dedicated to improving representation and opportunity for women across data, technology, analytics, and AI. Together we support industry events and leadership forums that push gender equity forward in the sector.
Spotlight on Mirela: Twenty in Data & Tech
Kubrick's Head of Workforce Strategy and Talent Product Owner, Mirela Gyurova, was recently named in Women in Data's Twenty in Data, recognized for her commitment to women's health and her use of AI to drive meaningful change in the field.
