Since then, Izzy has built a technical, commercial and leadership skillset she once thought wasn’t possible for her. Previously a perfectionistic twenty-something who doubted her place in the intimidating, male-dominated worlds of both data and consulting, every year has seen her confidence grow, both personally and professionally.

Manager, Data and AI Governance
When the COVID-19 pandemic ended Izzy's short career in literary agenting in 2020, she pivoted into data and technology consulting with Kubrick Group. She arrived with a degree in English Literature, fluent in the power of language and storytelling, and a total stranger to anything data, programming, computing, or technology related.
But she loves a challenge.
In 2024, she relocated to New York City to help build out Kubrick in North America. It was in this chapter that Izzy reconnected with her love of dance, and found it changing her again, just as moving into data & tech had.
In 2026, Izzy started to share her story: how dance was changing her confidence, creativity, innovation as a problem-solver, and presence. She appeared as a guest speaker for NYC tech industry events, taught a sold-out ‘Intro to Heels’ dance class for women as part of New York Tech Week, and featured on Women in Data’s podcast “You don’t have to leave yourself at the door”.
Working as a woman in data means a lot to Izzy. It represents the belief she has built in her value, the courage she has had to be her authentic self, and the determination she has developed to reach her goals.
Today, Izzy leads data insights & AI strategy for Kubrick's Financial Services and Insurance clients, spends her 5-to-9 training to be a dancer, and somehow manages to get her 8 hours rest in the city that never sleeps.
