Marija Milojevic
Director of Consulting Practices
Marija’s passion for technology began with programming and her first university courses in databases and SQL. This developed into a degree in Computer Science, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and published scientific research, before she moved into management consulting. Over more than a decade, she has worked across data, AI, cloud, automation and digital transformation, starting with the delivery of complex client projects and progressing to leading teams, major engagements and commercial opportunities.
Today, Marija leads Kubrick’s global Applied Technology business, shaping its strategy, capabilities and commercial direction while overseeing its people, delivery governance and operational performance. Her leadership is grounded in practical delivery experience and an understanding of what it takes to turn innovative ideas into tangible business outcomes.
For Marija, being a woman in data means having the technical credibility and confidence to influence important decisions while helping to grow the next generation of data and technology leaders. She believes that moving into leadership does not make women any less technical. Instead, it enables them to apply their expertise more broadly by shaping data strategy, guiding investment and influencing how data and technology are used.
As data becomes increasingly central to how organisations operate, innovate and make decisions, Marija believes they need leaders who combine technical experience and data literacy with commercial and strategic judgement, enabling informed executive decisions about both its opportunities and risks. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned, helping more women recognise their strengths and creating opportunities for them to fulfil their potential and build rewarding careers in data.
