As a Machine Learning and AI Engineer, and as a woman, Xorsheed has been in many spaces where she is the minority, whether that was in her Physics A-Level class, studying Electronic Engineering at university, or working in the commercial world. That’s why she is passionate about inspiring other women like herself and showing them what is possible.

Xorsheed is incredibly grateful to have worked at Kubrick and on client projects alongside inspiring female leads and other women in her teams, while developing her skills across Data Science, Machine Learning and Data Engineering.

From helping to build a Machine Learning platform at Oxford Properties, to developing clustering models for document labelling at Quilter and working towards a belonging score to understand customer loyalty at Ralph Lauren, these experiences have helped her develop a broad range of skills across the Data Science pipeline and progress to becoming a Machine Learning and AI Manager at Kubrick, particularly as the industry continues to evolve with the rise of LLMs and Agentic Architecture.
