Jess leads Kubrick’s global Agentic Data Engineering capability across the UK and US. She has spent her career helping clients solve data problems, from hands-on technical delivery to building teams and shaping how projects are run. She enjoys breaking down silos and bringing people together to turn good ideas into something people can use.
