If you leave the program before completing your two-year post-training commitment, we reserve the right to recover a portion of the training costs invested in your development.

- 6–12 months after training: 80%
- 12–18 months after training: 60%
-
The training cost reflects the investment Kubrick makes in your development, including:
- Your salary during the 15-week training program
- The cost of our training team and curriculum
- Learning resources and technology
- The infrastructure and support provided throughout training and client placement
Our model is designed to allow consultants to receive full-time paid training before beginning client work. The training agreement helps make this investment possible.
-
We understand that people leave programs for a variety of reasons, and every situation is reviewed individually before any decision is made regarding repayment.
We also offer a two-week cooling-off period. If you leave within the first two weeks of training, you will not be required to repay any training-related costs.
-
We're committed to being fully transparent about our training agreement and business model.
Before joining, you'll receive detailed documentation explaining the agreement, have the opportunity to review it carefully, and be able to ask any questions before signing.
We understand that our model may not be right for everyone, so we encourage all applicants to review the agreement carefully before making a decision.
