No data or AI degree or experience required
You don't need a degree in data or AI, or any prior industry experience, to join our program. Through 15 weeks of salaried training as a permanent Kubrick employee, you'll develop technical, consulting, and professional skills before returning to the United States and applying them on client engagements with leading organizations.
Train in London, launch your career in the US
Spend the first 15 weeks training in London England alongside other consultants. We'll cover your flights to and from the UK, as well as your accommodation throughout training, allowing you to focus on developing your skills and building your professional network. Once training is complete, you'll return to the US and begin your consulting career.
Shape your future
After two years, you may choose to continue growing your career with Kubrick, pursue opportunities with your client, or explore new paths in the wider market. Consultants who continue their careers with Kubrick may have opportunities to progress into senior consulting, leadership, and specialist roles as they develop their expertise.

What we're looking for
You must meet the below entry criteria to join Kubrick:
STEM or non-STEM degree (minimum 3.0 GPA)
The right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
A written commitment to our training agreement
Geographic flexibility, as our clients are located across the US
Salary progression
$50,000 (pro-rated salary during training / before first placement, then:
$58 - 66,350* (0-6 months)
$62 - 73,000* (6-12 months)
$69 - 77,000* (12-18 months)
$73 - 82,000* (18-24 months)
Potential to earn $130,000 if you stay beyond two years.
*Depending on your home state, you may be eligible for a placement allowance to supplement your base salary.

The sectors you'll support
As a Kubrick consultant, you'll work across a diverse range of sectors including Financial Services and Insurance, Retail and Consumer Goods, Energy and Utilities, Aviation, Healthcare, Technology, and the Public Sector, helping organizations solve complex challenges through data and AI.

Application process
Our application process is designed to help us assess your suitability for the program across a range of areas.

1. Submit online application form
Submit your application and complete all required sections of the application form. We'll review your experience, education, and eligibility before determining whether to progress your application to the next stage.

2. Video interview & assessments
If successful, you'll be invited to complete a video interview and a series of online assessments designed to evaluate your communication skills, logical reasoning, and commercial awareness.

3. Final interview & assessments
If successful, you'll be invited to attend a virtual interview with a member of our Resourcing team. This stage allows us to learn more about your motivations, communication skills, and suitability for the program.
Our Training Agreement
As we make a substantial upfront investment in accelerating your career, we have an agreement in place that you will spend 2 years after your training programme working with us and our clients, where you will gain exposure to a range of exciting projects whilst continuing to develop your technical and professional skills.

If you leave the program before completing your two-year post-training commitment, we reserve the right to recover a portion of the training costs invested in your development.
The amount repayable decreases over time:
- Within 6 months of completing training: 100%
- 6–12 months after training: 80%
- 12–18 months after training: 60%

Training costs reflect the investment Kubrick makes in your development, including your salary during training, our training team, learning resources, and the infrastructure required to support you throughout training and client engagements.

We understand that people leave programs for a variety of reasons, and every situation is reviewed individually. We also offer a two-week cooling-off period, meaning no repayment applies if you leave within the first two weeks of training.
